I'll allow a right click 'midi learn' on the 'show normal' button.
So you will be able to create any key affection to show the window.

More conductor thoughts:
I note that the 'show' input on the conductor object always shows the conductor, not the conductor lite, regardless of which window was enabled.
Seems like workspaces that contain a conductor object always start up with conductor lite window open.
I wish I could resize the conductor lite window. I don't need so much width, and those little buttons up top are too small for a touchscreen.
Better yet would be a conductor object that could appear as a regular list in the touchscreen window.... a floating window is not helpful in a touchscreen environment.
But I think if I can always get the conductor lite window to appear and disappear with an external midi control, that will work okay.
cheers,
-eric

interesting,
but you can take a look on the Big Conductor example in the Touch Screen Library.
I'm sure it rocks for you!

It only seems to show 7 presets, is that right? The great thing about the conductor is that it holds any number of presets.
I built a similar component the first day I had usine (minus the 7 presets--but with a fader to control preset number instead--and a text display) and it is very nice. But I wanted a better way to select presets by name.
It will do for now. But I hope the new touchscreen combobox behaviour will also work with the conductor. When I'm improvising, I like to see a lot of patch options laid out for me--I don't always know in advance what sounds I'll want to use!
well, I'll work something out. I'm sure there are options I haven't considered.
