Container Lock

I mentioned this to Olivier elsewhere, but I thought I would post if formally here.

I would like to be able to lock containers, and even the background of the IB itself, to disallow scrolling. Right now, if I layout items to the edges of containers, they will scroll around, which I'd like to disable, as sometimes a button press is mistaken for a scroll.

In fact, if I use auto-resize on a popup window, the resulting layout will scroll a few pixels in either direction. I have to move items outside the rectangle, then turn off auto-resize to make it larger, then move items back in the rectangle, just to keep things from moving around.

In the IB, itself, I lose about a dozen pixels on each edge to keep the layout from scrolling, and even then I get some 'wiggle' in certain circumstances. I'd like to be able to use the whole screen and have it stay put!

A simple field in the container's 'edit layout' window to disable scrolling would be great.

The Container scrolling will be disable in the next release.
We don't need it anymore.
