dynamic preset loading of ui.

of course when we will be able to access the layout by script that will be rocky modular, but just thought that if was possible,
it could be nice and simpler to set lots of settingz via dynamically applying a pre_made preset. one could also easy change ie border colors, bg colors, captions colors from red to blue dependant from a status, via changing preset via patch/script. or make some completes skins loading/change of all the items of the workspace..I tried to watch the console, but it seems a usine secret hehe maybe actually possible?

I'll think about this possibility.
I'm not totally fixed about this point.
